Given the number of contradictory promises Boris Johnson is making we actually have little idea of how a majority Conservative government would look under him.

Promising anyone what they want to hear then treating those promises as worthless is probably the defining feature of Johnson as PM so far. No reason to think this will change after the election - except binding commitments in treaties.
This also... again especially in negotiations.
And I don't think anyone - even senior civil servants - realises quite how much there will be to do in the event of Brexit, and how many issues will arise. Perhaps @jl_owen
