So non-Muslims from Af,Pak and Bangladesh won't be able to settle down in Arunachal,Mizoram and Nagaland(protected by ILP),Manipur added now + tribal areas of Assam, Meghalaya, Mizoram and Tripura.
Any Indian who wants to visit ILP protected States needs a permit from State govt.

amit Shah: the population of minorities in Pakistan in 1947 was 23%, in 2011 it was 3.7%.
In Bangladesh minorities were 22 %, now it is 7.8%
Where did these people go? either they converted or came to India or were killed or expelled.

Amit Shah:
In 1951 the population of Muslims was 9.8%, today it is 14.3%. there was no discrimination against minorities.

Amit Shah: this Bill doesn't discriminate against anyone, only protects the persecuted refugees in these three countries. He cannot be called a ghuspaithiya (intruder), he has come to seek shelter.

Amit Shah: as Rajnath Singh said we don't need a refugee policy. India gave shelter to Parsis, they were forced to flee Iran...Anyone who wants to protect their women and daughter, won't we give them shelter? We will.

Amit Shah: why didn't you stop partition. Gandhi opposed and Congress party divided the country on religious lines.

Amit Shah: PoK is ours and till today we have reserved 24 seats in J&K Assembly.

Amit Shah: everytime citizenship was given, it was done on specific grounds. Ugandans were given citizenship, so this time minorities from these three countries are being granted citizenship.

Amit Shah: muslims are not minorities in Pakistan, Afghanistan and Bangladesh. Thee is no discrimination against Indian muslims, everyone is living here peacefully. Rohingyas come via Bangladesh, we will never accept Rohingyas.

Amit Shah: I want to ask Abhishek Banerjee(TMC), did Tagore, Bankim Chandra dream of a Bengal where you have to go to court for durga visarjan?

Amit Shah: it might be a trap for those who provide shelter to ghuspaithiye (intruders) for votebank politics. Lakhs of people who are going to get citizenship are Bengali Hindus.

Amit Shah: some parties are spreading rumours... I want to assure whether you have documents or not, everyone will be made a citizen. Those persecuted to save women of their family is a refugee and the one who enters illegally is an intruder

Amit Shah: article 371 will never be disturbed, it doesn't give a separate flag or constitution.

Amit Shah: When we bring NRC, not even a single intruder will be spared.

Amit Shah: Congress is such party that it has Muslim league as partner in Kerala, while it has Shiv Sena as partner in Maharashtra

Amit Shah: owaisi saheb said we are preparing the background for NRC, we don't need to do it, it's there in our manifesto. The #CitizenshipBill doesn't concern Muslims of this country.

Amit Shah: Gaurav Gogoi said NE States are worried, he must have heard later that all NE MPs have supported the Bill. Sikkim will be protected by 371F of Constitution, entire Arunachal,Mizoram,Nagaland (except Dimapur) is protected by ILP.

Amit Shah: the Bill will be notified only when ILP is implemented there. Meghalaya is also protected, committee for Clause 6 has been created in Assam

Amit Shah: it is being said that under NRC, the Gorkha, Marwari, Bihari in NE will be excluded...I want to assure that they will not be labelled as intruder.

Amit Shah: Muslims not included in this Bill as they are not minorities in these three countries, had they been minorities, would have given them citizenship.

Amit Shah: after the killing of Mujibur Rehman in 1975 a wave of atrocities against minority community ensued...
I have reports to prove that it was impossible for them to live there, that is why they came here.

Amit Shah: when Taliban blew up Buddha statue in Bamiyan, they were forced to go to masjid and Hindu women forced to wear burkha , where could they have gone, other than India?

Amit Shah: when we do NRC, we will inform the House, but let me tell you, NRC will come.
