Right now, the bastards are laughing. They may well have won this. So what? You have your pride, your values and your beliefs. Tomorrow the sun rises. You have a family, friends, pets. They still exist and need you.
Because your world will need those values more than ever. To fight on the ground. For love. For tolerance. For decency. For making the world a better place for everybody. It’ll need that fight and that energy. The bastards want you to go away now.
