This officer deserves to be named, shamed, fired and charged. You do not body slam a child no matter what they say. This is ridiculous. I’m disgusted.
The fact he’s on paid leave is infuriating. Where is the common sense? We need more of our thinking and policies in America to reflect common sense. Common sense dictates that if you’re on camera body slamming an innocent child into the ground, you should be fired without pay.
Good news: The School officer in the video body slamming that kid has been fired! No longer on administrative leave. Next I hope he’s prosecuted for assault. The kid could have been seriously injured or much worse.
