No matter what happens in the House, Republicans are set to control the fate of the nation for at least a generation.

All comes down to the Senate.

By 2040, most of the nation’s voters – including most liberals – will live in 15 of our 50 states. That means Democrats will solidly control only 30 Senate seats, even if they dominate in the House.

That leaves 70 Senate seats belonging to states filled with mostly rural, conservative, and older voters.

In other words, the GOP’s rock-solid base.

Aka Trump Country.

With Republicans controlling the Senate, they will reshape the federal judiciary.

(It’s already happening. Trump has installed 187 judges to the federal bench)

Soon enough, they will replace RBG on the Supreme Court.

America will tilt right, no matter the progressive tears.

The message for Democrats is bleak:

Any hope of changing this GOP future lies in a Senate majority w/ seats in Missouri, Indiana & North Dakota... All states that Senate Dems lost handily in 2016.

Same will be true for Dems in 2020. They need Alabama, Georgia, N Carolina, etc.

All things being equal, Dems will not win those races for the same reason they lost key Senate seats in 2016:

America doesn’t like the progressive agenda. And they don’t like the future of the party: AOC and her socialist baloney.

The GOP shouldn’t fret.

Dems won’t change their progressive, socialist agenda to the more moderate positions that America wants.

Resistance Media, progressive activists, DNC leaders, and primary voters simply won’t let it happen.

But what you WILL hear more of are progressive demands to tear up the constitution, namely by abolishing the Senate.

It’s an idea already percolating in progressive circles. They’re organizing as we speak.

Bottom line: Pelosi & the progressive nutters will continue to babble on in the House (& MSNBC).

Get used to politicized investigations and top notch policy proposals like AOC’s “cow farts are bad!”

Meanwhile, the Senate GOP will own the courts.

And the nation.
