ME: Oh, the heartfelt platitudes! The Administrators Class has already figured out the best way to protect their astronomical salaries is with a beefy bottom line. As Gertrude Stein would say about reimbursement, “an ICD-10 is an ICD-10 is an ICD-10.” God help the patients.

ME: When newly minted APRN’s in federally funded clinics announce to patients, “we can do anything doctors can do”; in face of my 45 years of diagnostic wisdom, I realize medical care has been dumbed down to lowest acceptable care level; to launder insurance $. God help patients!

ME: Nothing wrong with inexpensive user friendly barefoot doctors. The rub comes when medical business autocrats so significantly discount the utility of physician skills that even laypeople recognize eroded medical service standards & loss of opportunity for effective diagnosis.
