Me : We shall see. I am far from convinced of their one nation credentials. Not that it mattered much in the past, the problem is today with the way that China plays the game - well a neoliberal fits all ideology just isn't good enough.

... the best way to think of China Gov is the world's largest venture capital firm but a really good one with high levels of situational awareness and gameplay. It's tough for US policy makers to cope with because it doesn't fit into a more US view of economics.
China does an incredible job of directed investment, special economic zones, creating a game of last man standing before pushing onto the international markets - it's very co-ordinated, constantly driving up the value chain focused on industrialising components.
... there's no-one who plays this game as well as China Gov and their associated companies.
