hell I have an even nicer place where I keep my wives and I only charge 'em $100 a month 
And they never have to worry about eviction or rent hikes, as long as they keep making enough quilts for Dave's Quilt City Superstore on I-35 South
I gotta say though, every time I marry another wife I worry that she's not saying "I do" out of true love, but because of the cheap rent, or the chloroform, or maybe to rabble rouse her new cellmate sisterwives against me
