Why am I so crazy about this?

Fresh out of college, I got a crazy cool opportunity to work at one of the world's top fintechs.

I did a bunch of research on the Indian digital payments boom. It was clearly where things were happening. So, I quit and impulsively moved.
I sold all my stuff and moved to a country I'd never been to.

I lived in India for 2+ years, working across the fintech spectrum - insurtech, lending, EMI, payments, etc.

I'm here to say - THERE ARE BILLBOARDS THAT SAY 'e-KYC' and 'UPI' AS IF IT'S AS COMMON AS THE COLOR BLUE!
I went on research field trips to interior Punjab and Rajasthan. I saw what it means on the ground.

Fintech is literally changing the world. And if you don't pay attention to India's adoption - you're ignoring the biggest cultural change of our time. #DigitalIndia

After all, these services are in really high demand these days, and there is a lot of freelance work out there one can do.

She told me that she is not able to get any work from Upwork or Fiverr. Those platforms don’t work for me, she said.
Why is that? Well, I have posted some amazing services but nobody buys them!

Crazy. How is the service amazing if nobody wants it? Why are you creating novel and unique services? Why not provide the services people already want and posting about?

2/ Disclaimer, I almost never tweet. And even if I did, I only have 200+ followers and I never say anything of interest/substance/controversy. So I doubt I’d ever get more than 300 followers because, let’s face it, no one cares what I have to say.
3/ Army PAOs are consistently bad because:

1. They come into the career field late (post-Command)
2. The accession process is weak
3. They are poorly trained
4. Big-Army is okay with taking the risk of being poor communicators

#Breaking - Some defense sources report #Indian air strikes across the Line of Control in Muzafarabad, #Pakistan. Indian air force briefing expected later today. Pakistan said Indian jets dropped their payloads & "fled". More confirmation of details needed.
There are also reports of dual, air and ground Indian strikes in Pakistan occupied Jammu and Kashmir. No official word yet. Waiting for updates. Stay tuned.
There are also reports that 2 Pakistani JF-17s fighter jets have been shot down.

(THREAD) The more one researches the Trump-Flynn nexus, the more it's clear Trump promised Flynn a pardon in an illegal phone call in April.
(1) Flynn met Trump in summer 2015. They were supposed to meet for 30 minutes—they met for 90 minutes. (NB: echoes of the Trump-Putin chat.)
(2) Flynn told the Post that they spent the entire time talking about foreign policy, and that Flynn was very impressed with Trump's views.
