Looks like Lamar Alexander will be the deciding vote on witnesses. He can go whichever way he wants. Either Bolton will testify at the trial, or Bolton will soon spill his guts in some other equally high profile setting and we'll get to use it against the GOP Senators in 2020.

As far as Lamar Alexander, who cares? Even with witnesses, it'll still be a sham acquittal. He's just voting whether Bolton will speak on TV now, or speak on TV later.
