Just a heads up to anyone considering a buy one get one free phone offer (BOGO) from AT&T it is a scam, they don't honor them & WILL charge you full price for BOTH phones. After 3 years of haggling with them today after I paid off both phones they told me I wasn't "eligible" @ATT
@ATT 2) The reason they gave of WHY I wasn't eligible will make you laugh. In October of 2017 I was a victim of bank theft and identity theft. I contacted them and told them that my payment would be delayed since my bank account was emptied, I offered them a COPY of the POLICE REPORT
@ATT 3) But they said they make NO EXCEPTIONS for lateness, apparently not even when you are the victim of a CRIME. So long AT&T you just lost me for all my services! Hope that $749 dollars was worth losing a long term customer.
