The cross-dresser tells us not to stereotype him. But he stereotypes this guy. ^^^
In fact everyone stereotypes the pedo.
He's celibate.
He's sincere.
He's seeking help.
Isn't that enough we are told by many?
But we cannot stereotype the gay.
Back when the word 'stereotype' had a neutral meaning, it included true general observations w/ implied limitations (not applicable to every individual). But had practical effects.
Example: It's a stereotype that you'll get mugged in a dark alley in the wrong part of New York at midnight. So that means there is a chance you may *not* get mugged.
So, who wants to volunteer first?
