Why prevent him from working with minors if he's sincere and celibate? Per Revoice reasoning this does not make sense since all sexuality is fallen, etc.
Celibate, gay leaders in Christian churches are not forbidden from working with the same sex the last I checked.

Back when the word 'stereotype' had a neutral meaning, it included true general observations w/ implied limitations (not applicable to every individual). But had practical effects.

Example: It's a stereotype that you'll get mugged in a dark alley in the wrong part of New York at midnight. So that means there is a chance you may *not* get mugged.
