A Russian government official directed him to rent a particular property in Miami-Dade Florida area & to do so in someone else’s name.
Fuentes was told to find the CHS’s car and get its license plate number and the actual location of the car.

Fuentes did so but drew the attention of security guard where the CHS lived because he snuck his car through right behind someone else.
Security stopped him, but then his wife got out and took a pic of the CHS’s license plate.

Fuentes and wife were about to leave the US back to Mexico, but CBP checked both of their phones and found the license plate pic on both phones, and Fuentes then admitted that Russia directed him to do it.
In here is where it says the person whose license plate was photographed was a CHS and that he lived in a condo complex.

Officials also founds texts showing Fuentes communicating with Russian officials as well as meeting in person in Moscow.
Fuentes is scheduled to appear in court this Friday. I’ll be watching for updates.

Well, would you look at these coincidences....of course I don’t know if one of these people is the CHS in this case, but it’s worth dropping here just in case.
