The Senate Intelligence Cmttee knows that Black voters were the principal target of Russian interference in the 2016 election, & now the Cmtee knows that Russia plans to do it again this yr. But the Senate still won't act on bills that would protect against these attacks.
So, let's call this what it is. The United States Senate is prepared to leave African American voters undefended against foreign interference and manipulation. It is a scandal of monumental proportions & the Senate Majority Leader must be compelled to answer this charge & act.
