Does #Bernie not know that what pulled millions of Chinese people out of extreme poverty were the 1978 economic reforms that introduced CAPITALIST market principles into China's socialist economy?

It's not Bernie's goals that are the problem, we Democrats want a more even playing field, we want good healthcare for all Americans, we want a higher minimum wage & affordable high-quality education and childcare. These are goals we all should aspire to, but can we please:
understand that it is not capitalism that is the problem. Capitalism is flawed, it takes work to reign in, but it has pulled billions out of extreme poverty. Just as it did in China.

I am supporting #ElizabethWarren who gets this.

PS #ChiefJusticeRoberts is gaslighting when he says the Supreme Court is impartial. There is a reason Merrick Garland was not given a hearing.

I am suspicious of anyone who is dishonest.

Bernie Sanders is not a European social democrat. He is an out-and-out Marxist. Upon his return from the USSR in 1988, he celebrated the Soviets moving "forward into some of the early visions of their revolution, what their revolution was about in 1917."
Upon returning from a visit to Cuba, he didn't just praise their literacy program -- he said that the Cuban people "had an almost religious affection" for Castro. Which is pure propaganda, reflected in full fellow-traveller fashion.
Bernie continues to maintain that China has "taken more people out of extreme poverty than any country in history," naturally neglecting that China's limited embrace of market-based reforms -- not Chinese communism -- was responsible for this.

1) GDP growth: Nigeria is currently growing at less than 1% of GDP as against 5-7% growth when GEJ was president. However, don’t forget that it is not about GEJ but about the future of Nigerian youth and Nigerian families.
