I would dearly love to get my hands on some of your key metrics (not a euphemism).

Are you or your trainers/coaches willing to share any data with me?

1/

I would be particularly interested in 1RM for key lifts like bench, squat, etc.

Also, any info on absolute and % LBM/muscle mass and/or muscle size (cross-section/volume etc) for any key areas (biceps, quads etc).

2/

I would also be interested in knowing any metrics on various punches - speed, power, force.

I am a scientist who runs comparisons on male v female performance. I’ve had trouble getting decent data on boxing.

3/

If any of the boxing federations can help, even with sets of anyonymised data, that would be great.

Data for males and females is crucial.
