My husband is feeling better and heading back to work. I am self-quarantining for 2 reasons: I don't want to get anyone else sick with whatever I've got, and I have a compromised immune system, so getting anything on top of what I've got could kill me. No bueno. 2/
Shit is getting real in Seattle. One of the biggest school districts (Northshore) is closing for 14 days. Amazon, Facebook, Microsoft, and other big companies are telling their workers to stay home and telecommute. 3/
The King County health department has recommended that people over 60, with compromised immune systems, and pregnant women stay away from big crowds like...everywhere, I guess. This is the beginning of social distancing, the only tool they really have to fight #Coronavirus 4/
Mike Pence is coming to Washington state (ugh) and will give a joint press conference with Jay Inslee after he tours the infrastructure that our state has put into place to quarantine and take care of people with #coronavirus 5/
