So some Republicans and Russian trolls decided it would be totally fun to ascribe the verbal tics of Biden's stutter to dementia. We don't expect better of Republicans
With an example like Trump trash like this is what someone would expect. Here's some MAGA trash pushing the idea on the 6th. 
Desperate Bernie is dirty Bernie and the next day a campaign memo is circulated to Bernie's insiders directing them to push the story. They deny it. They are lying.
How can we believe their denials when the campaign manager himself is helping to spread the lies.
These are some of the people who took Russia/Republican talking points and weaponized them for the primary without regard to whether Bernie's people pushing this narrative will make it more powerful for Trump in the general. They know it's a lie, they know it's a stutter.
They do not spare a moment of thought for the kids with stutters seeing their disability exploited and used against Joe Biden. They don't care that kids were inspired and encouraged by Joe overcoming his disability and going into politics. They don't care about the damage.
And the marching orders came from the Bernie campaign and if you believe his denial, you probably believed they did not hack into Hillary's database, they didn't know Russians were helping him, and he really thought he had those endorsements.
Bernie Sanders has used Roger Stone tactics so many times anyone who believes his denial also probably believes he really does not like going negative though he does not know how to run a positive campaign.
So who takes marching orders directly from the Sanders campaign without regard for humanity, decency, or honesty? A lot of people it turns out.
Every damn day Bernie Sanders makes me so glad he is not really a Democrat.
