BREAKING: The House has won the Appeals Court case seeking access to Mueller's grand jury information. A 2-1 decision, with RAO dissenting. 
In the majority opinion, the courts describe affording reat deference to the House because of its "sole power" to conduct impeachment proceedings as it sees fit.
The majority opinion also says Mueller's report, on its face, made no conclusions about Trump's conduct "in part to avoid preempting the House's sole power of impeachment."
In her dissent, RAO says the fact that the impeachment trial is over raises questions about the House's need for the grand jury info.
