For now, Southern District courts remain open, but several federal judges have been issuing orders today in various cases switching proceedings to telephone and video conferences.

There's are just a sampling of several similar orders like these issued TODAY in SDNY.
"On March 13, 2020, the Southern District of New York issued a Standing Order continuing all civil and criminal jury trials set to begin before April 27, 2020."

Order continuing a federal trial in an employment civil rights case against New York City.
In addition to SDNY's standing order continuing all civil and criminal jury trials slated before April 27, there are a flood of orders today adjourning cases or switching to teleconferences.

Halfway through a spreadsheet of them, it's clear:

SDNY seems to be grinding to a halt.

His wife is under critical care.

"Within thirty minutes of ingestion, the couple experienced immediate effects requiring admittance to a nearby Banner Health hospital," the hospital said in a statement warning against self-medicating to prevent or treat Covid-19. 🔽
Since posting this tweet, Axios deleted the embedded post to clarify that the couple confused the anti-malaria drug w/ the additive used to clean fish tanks.

The wife told NBC later that day they were motivated by Trump's touting chloroquine, mixing up the cleaner with the drug.

The old Democratic party championed the working classes, wanted secure borders to protect middle-class union wage earners, and focused generous federal entitlement help on the citizen poor. Civil rights were defined as equality of opportunity for all.
That party is long dead. An updated Hubert Humphrey or even Bill Clinton would not recognize any of the present “Democrats.”

1) Things are about to get really exciting! Democrats, Globalists, CoC, RINOs, MSM, Leftists etc. truly overplayed their hand when it comes to DACA. They thought with these liberal courts, they could push our President's decision to wind down the program to the end of June 2019
2) when the Supreme Court would render a decision.

AG Paxton from Texas and six other State AGs decided enough is enough! The case is right back in front of the EXECUTIONER who took out DAPA, Judge Hanen. His decision will ultimately decide the fate of DACA. It TRUMPS the
3) other liberal court decisions.

The Democrats and the rest of the MORONS can't blame our President who was actually trying to find a solution.

Now they have to take his terms if they want to save DACA!
