At the next press conference, ask him: "If you knew this was a pandemic all along, why did you refuse the test kits from WHO?" "If you knew this was a pandemic all along, why did you send an untrained team w/out PPE to meet infected patients, then scatter them around the USA?"
Ask him: "If you knew this was a pandemic all along, why wouldn't you declare a state of emergency?" "If you knew if this was a pandemic all along, why didn't you re-hire the pandemic response team ASAP?" "If you knew this was a pandemic all along, why didn't you say so?"
"If you knew it was a pandemic all along, why did you do this?" 
ASK HIM.
