What is in our control is our expenses. We need to ensure that we survive this slowdown and hence we need to know where we spend the money, what is essential vs. discretionary and what can be cut 4/9
We need to ensure that there is employment to our associates - they have families to take care of. No job cuts 5/9
We have to look at the current constraints and challenges as opportunities to create new products or repurpose our existing products. These will create new revenue streams 6/9
We need to be flexible with our customers such that we understand and help our customers and partners. Their survival is equally important to the ecosystem 7/9
We need to communicate to all stakeholders - employees, customers, investors and partners. They need to understand how we will face these challenges so that they can help in this 8/9
Together we can survive this also 9/9
