How can the govt do more to look after self-employed people and freelancers?

Rishi Sunak is under pressure from the Tory backbenches to go further on Monday

They want him to look to Europe for an answer that can be implemented without delay:
In France, self-employed people who have had to stop working, or whose income this month was less than 70 percent year-on-year, can fill out a “simple declaration” form to get a payment of €1,500 from the govt

They can also suspend payments on rent, gas and electricity
In Spain, the government is temporarily suspending social security contributions for the self-employed and is paying them €660 each right away if they have had to close or have lost 75% of their turnover
In Germany, the government has promised €50 billion of direct emergency payments to support small businesses and the self-employed. You can apply online
In Norway, they are giving self-employed people the equivalent of 80% of their average pay over the past three years

Would imagine UK measure will come on Monday...
