So, today, I'm declaring a #SocialMedia #War on you. Your #PrinthouseParkway location is a #clusterfuck of carelessness and stupidity.
Daughter was seen there by a Nurse Practitioner on the 10th of March.

NP provided two scripts, to be transmitted electronically, including a steroid and pain relief.
Daughter went to pick up scripts.

No scripts.

Oh, there's a record, according to @Walmart pharmacy in #ColoradoSprings. They say, electronic record shows that @PVCHC #cancelled the scripts.

Ten days to get transmitted electronically?
Cancelled scripts?
About my daughter:

She's 28 years old. She works from home as a customer service agent for a nationally known insurance provider.

She has two daughters, not quite 4 and not quite 2.
The younger daughter was born with #cleft #palate and #cleft #lip.

Those conditions have created serious needs for particularized care and surgeries. Some surgeries have been completed, others lie ahead.
And mom, my daughter, works from home, day by day, struggling to hold her life together and care for her kids, including her #specialneeds child.
And there you are, @PVCHC, #shatting on her, on her children, and on her #solid, #consistent, and #enduring efforts to do for herself.
Oh. And it's not just about a mix-up on scripts.

Sure, that's bad, but it's not the worst.
The worst is that #weasel, your #NursePractitioner, whose name will not be included in this thread.
Like all large employers, my daughter's employer is bound by a helpful federal law, #FMLA, the Family Medical Leave Act.

So when she saw the #NP, she provided to her the necessary paperwork to be filled out so that my daughter could #keepherjob, thanks to the #FMLA.
But the #NP did not fill the #paperwork out completely and did not fill it out correctly.
As a result, my daughter's employer advised her that if she could not get the paperwork corrected, they would likely be required to dismiss her from employment, rather than grant her the necessary #FMLA #medicalleave.
So, of course, my daughter returned to @PVCHC's #PrinterParkway location.

She couldn't get any help at all.
From the receptionist in the lobby, who was reminiscent of the clinic receptionist in #Juno in her careless diffidence, to the #clinicdirector, who #blamed the #NP, no one would take her paperwork and information, give the matter the 5 to 10 minutes it needed.
The best they could offer was a return appointment for yesterday when she could see the same careless buffoon #NP who had failed to correctly and completely complete the paperwork the first time.
So, she was back at your facility yesterday.

And your #NP was there too.

And my daughter's employer's #FMLA leave specialist was there via telephone.
Your #NP refused to complete or correct the #FMLA leave forms.

The #leavespecialist from the employer explained exactly what was needed.

And your #NP refused to do exactly what was needed.
So, now.

A #singlemom with two #children, including one with #specialneeds

is going to #loseherjob.

She's likely going to have to become dependent on #government #support instead of continuing to work in a job she enjoys and that she does well.
Why?

Because @PVCHC has an #NP who's incompetent carelessness embodies the worst in #patient #abandonment by a #medicalprofessional.
Do you even care? I see no evidence of it.

So, yes, I am declaring a #socialmedia #war on you. If you would like to resolve this matter, my #DMs are open.

Meanwhile, I'm going to be in contact with the local news media in Colorado Springs and with Colorado's medical regulators.
