Veteran Trotskyist Ted Knight has died. In 1981 he founded and then edited Labour Herald newspaper, funded by the PLO and printed on a Libyan-funded printing press, which published antisemitic cartoons and articles like these 
In 1982 he proposed a motion at Labour Party conference to support the creation of a "democratic secular state of Palestine" in place of Israel, while accusing Israel of genocide and of feeding antisemitism
Knight went away after the 1980s but returned under Corbyn. At one CLP meeting he joined in the bullying of a Jewish woman who had complained about antisemitism. She complained to the party but it was never investigated (this account is from my book)
