Maybe if we had an expert Executive Branch Pandemic team coordinating a response they would've strongly advised Pompeo NOT to collect donations of 17.8 tons of critical Medical #PPE & ship it OUT OF THE COUNTRY over a month AFTER the CDC warned this pandemic was coming to the US. 
And of course after the US donated tons of medical supplies to China, we see China turn around & sell $467 MILLION in PPE equipment that we in the US DESPERATELY need to SPAIN despite the fact that our State Dept's now desperately trying to buy PPE overseas cause we need #PPENow
And if we'd asked donors on Feb 7th to donate to the National Stockpile first then maybe Pompeo wouldn't now be instructing top diplomats to press overseas Govt's to ramp up exports & production of life-saving PPE in a desperate diplomatic bid to fill major shortcomings in the US
But then again maybe the National Stockpile wouldn't be alarmingly low if Trump hadn't created shortages & created higher costs through his misguided Trade War with China

And of course if we had a coordinated Federal response than maybe around Feb 7th, instead of the US just shipping tons of PPE overseas, we would'vefocused on our own Supply Chain & started producing PPE locally & enacted the #DPA to make masks & gowns which STILL ISN'T HAPPENING
And maybe if we had an Executive Branch Pandemic team they would've been able to stop Trump from politicizing & weaponizing the National Stockpile as we see States such as FL, OK & Kentucky get more PPE than requested yet NY, IL, MA, & ME get only a fraction of their requests.
The Federal Govt is FAILING on every level & has already exponentially made the death toll worse. Trump stands at a podium everyday trying to get the Country to celebrate how great HE is and & that we may ONLY have 100,000 - 200,000 deaths. We don't celebrate 100,000k deaths😡
