Governments which prohibit people from providing for themselves, without adequately providing for those people, do not deserve to exist.
This is not complicated. If you ban people from earning an income, then it's your duty to adequately replace that income. If you can't, then any lockdown is illegitimate. If you order one anyway, then the public is well within its rights to defend itself.
