What are the child or young person’s views, wishes and feelings about their education? What are their motivators?

"Education is a massive part of anyone's life and because I have been so ill I feel like

I have spent many months almost a whole year lying in a bed not being able to do anything, not only education but normal teenage activities including meeting friends and living life,

I see education as the groundwork for someone's life, what prepares them for the future, and being so ill, I feel like I’m way behind everyone else. Having that extra support would make a huge difference and help prepare me

What are my motivators? My motivators would have to be my friends, they are always pushing for bigger and better things. My older sister is also a motivator as she was always a high graded student and I want to be able to live up to standards & I realise now

5) that it would be very difficult to be able to get such high grades however I would love to try with the extra support."

6) It is SO unlikely that the application will be successful, but without it the teen can’t return to school due to the chronic and disabling symptoms they experience, and the school won’t get funding to support the teens needs.

So what is the plan for the 2-4 kids from every
