annually contributing $75 billion in economic impact & almost a billion in tax revenue alone

Disney for these last 55 years has ruled the roost in Florida politics,

They stop & destroy any legislation or policy change that might touch Disney in any way, even at the margins, no matter how small or insignifigant

Whether it was against spending for disability, allowing gambling, covid restrictions on theme parks, getting cheap labor, or the infamous “textgate” scandal,

Disney was caught pressuring Orange County to stop a small requirement of employee sick leave

The point here is Florida is re-establishing autonomy,

Disney promised Florida a community & Disney never delivered
