When you brush your teeth, tongue and gums with #fluoridated#toothpaste, #fluoride is absorbed into the soft tissues of your mouth. You absorb fluoride through your gums into the inner dentin of your teeth, weakening the dentin and making it chalky from the inside out.
To top it all off, whatever fluoride in toothpaste which adheres to our teeth after we “rinse out” is swallowed sooner or later. Dental gels and varnishes also wash off and are swallowed…
All forms of fluoride harm the body and should be avoided.
I decided not to turn my thread into the collection of harm that fluoride does to our body but wanted to include some of it with these pictures.
So then what does #fluoride do? It is an antiseptic… why is that bad for our body? If we learned one thing during these past 2 years is how bad overuse of antibacterial soaps and hand sanitizers were for us… but why?
Because it destroys our #microbiome. The bacteria in the microbiome help digest our food, regulate our immune system, protect against other bacteria that cause disease &produce vitamins including B vitamins, thiamine and riboflavin &Vitamin K, which is needed for blood coagulation.
You need bacteria in your mouth for proper digestion… no wonder why we have so many metabolic issues…Interesting fact: most type II diabetics rigorously use (fluorinated) mouth washes… diabetes starts with metabolic disregulation…
So what can we do for better dental hygiene?
There are better ways to fight tooth decay than by drinking fluoride and applying it topically to our teeth… look at your dietary choices… it might tell you a thing or two about what type of bacteria you currently have in your biome
Brush with non-fluoridated toothpaste. And for true theeth health use a toothpaste that has #hydroxyapatite in it.
#floss and/or #waterpik to remove leftover food particles that could cause irritation and plaque builtup. #Scrape your tounge to remove excess bad breath causing bacteria… we don’t want to kill them we want to limit them if its an overgrowth/overproduction.
People in both India and Africa have used #neem twigs as tooth brushes for centuries. Neem powder is also used to brush teeth and massage gums.
In Germany many researchers have shown that neem extracts prevent tooth decay and periodontal disease.
If we look at dental health throughout history especially in herbal medicinal cultures like the Vedic Ayurveda, Native American medicine, African medicine, Chinese medicine…we always find locally accessible herbs and naturally occuring solutions that offered oral help. end of 🧵

that explains it… also the pineal gland has many important functions regarding certain hormone productions in the body… heavily affecting our thyroids and heart…#pinealgland PS: think of it as your antenna…that connects you to everyting…with bad reception if calcified/closed
perhaps then it makes sense why our Christ-mas tree is a pine tree…which gives birth to pinecones… and interestingly traditionally have a star on too that the whole decoration revolves around…would you say that we revolve in some form around a star as well? 🤔
What if good & bad are just electrical currents connected and grounded by the middle path of the neutral? And that these currents in the water are needed to produce energy?
And that our e-motional energy is just our energy in motion within these currents of the water? 🧵
Did you know that #matrix is Latin for womb? We are currently and continually in the “matrix” until we are liberated… the mental continuum—>none but ourselves (our cells) can free our minds…(mind lives in 3 🧠-> brain; heart; digestive)
There is something on my mind lately… #debt I mean we can hear it from everywhere we turn… but I was thinking about it in a different way, on a personal way. I wanted to make sense of it why people (my younger self included) choose debt. Short 🧵
I don’t mean debt that happens because of unfortunate events in life but debt that is consciously choosen. Example: buying a certain higher priced phone on credit; buying an out of range car on credit, jewelry whatever… one that we purposely choose.
…and then it hit me… I teach people on a daily how to align themself with their future self by feeling into, imagining, living, and being grateful for that they already have, already achieved etc… but for some it’s a long process to be able to to so…but then here comes credit
The concept of measuring one’s any kind of #data output is a remarkable and useful thing. The problem becomes regarding if it is voluntary and who controlls the collected data? In this case I’m affraid it isn’t for our benefit…that’s why I support @Conste11ation $DAG projects!
1. Good #sleep is more important than most think! What happens during sleep? The fluctuation of consciousness…that we call the waking state. But in many wisdom traditions of the world, the waking state is merely a lucid dream that consciousness is having…
