1. For those of you predicting a Mueller firing and a Flynn pardon, ponder this. Flynn’s cooperation agreement is with the government, not Mueller personally. Whatever happens to Mueller, Flynn will still be required to testify. Remember he pleaded guilty & hasn’t been sentenced.
2. Whatever Flynn has agreed to say in exchange for leniency at sentencing has already been sworn to and recorded in front of the Federal Grand Jury. That’s just how it works. In case he dies...or gets pardoned.
3. Flynn also faces charges in state and local courts for which he has not been given immunity unless he fully and truthfully testifies at the federal level. A point to remember is the POTUS cannot pardon Flynn for state or local crimes.
