It's time we refused to live under their warlord rules. Our kids and our teachers deserve better than a country that, again quoting @Lawrence, "gives mass murderers everything they need" to kill as many people as possible. This is a sick, sick status quo and it has to end.
We are not safe. Not at school. Not in the movie theater. Not at the mall. Not in church. Not on campus. Not at an outdoor concert. Not when any young man gripped by rage or despair can obtain an assault weapon to mow down dozens in seconds more easily than buying Sudafed.
