In finding that DC & MD succeeded in showing injury-in-fact regarding their proprietary interests: "[Trump] is not merely a market participant, they say; he is actively diverting business from Plaintiffs’ entities."
Same as to the parens patriae interests —>
Note: This is ONLY about standing. Basically, "Are they (MD & DC) parties who can bring this lawsuit?" The court said, "Yes." This isn't, tho, even yet about the meaning of "emolument." (See below.) In sum: We're still a long way from any ruling that would make something happen.
