1) So I had a sudden, terrifying thought upon reading this. Its the kind of thought that is probably going to fuck up my head for the next few hours, days or so. You've been warned.

3) On one side, you have former Obama officials who are actively trying to impede Trump's foreign and domestic policies
4) On the other, you have blowbards like Judicial Watch and such trying to drag a bunch of evidence into the open, evidence Huber and his crew under Sessions needs to land the indictments we want.
5) And it occurs to me... Judicial Watch has been in this game for 20+ years. Obama's crew even longer.
6) What happens if Trump actually DOES drain the swamp? What happens if indictments that occurred without the help of Judicial Watch and others actually do burn out the corruption?
7) What incentive would there be for Judicial Watch and other such groups to exist then?
8) Building a case requires building it in secret. If your targets know what you have before the trial, they may be able to hide tangentially related evidence before you find it. So, you keep digging until you have your foolproof case, THEN present tne evidence
9) Right now, Sessions and co have to reveal SOMETHING, so they are reluctantly revealing evidence that they've already chased down the tangentially related materials for. Stuff like the Strzok/Page texts, which they already have chased down the leads we're now seeing.
10) Judicial Watch and others though... they're trying to rush it. "Show us NOW!" They demand. Because Judicial Watch doesn't prosecute. They only expose.
11) Exposure doesn't bring punishment. Exposure only brings talking points and 'gotcha' moments. Feinstein has had MASSIVE corruption 'exposed' repeatedly. She's still a Senator.
12) No punishment means it continues, which continues Judicial Watch's efforts.

13) What if they're all working together? They being the corrupt politicians, staffers, lobbyists, the exposers, everyone. What if they're all working together?
14) The swamp engages in corruption with lobbyists funneling in money. Those exposing them take in donations to 'catch' the corruption happening. The exposure makes prosecution impossible.
15) The fauxversarial back and forth keeps up the kabuki theatre narrative of good guys vs bad guys as all of them rake in the cash and eternally perpetuate the cycle.
16) What if Trump, Sessions, and co are in fact all alone in this fight? If it is them vs ALL of DC, including those who might appear to be allies?
