Today @LBC has more details from the transcript of Ken Livingstone's disciplinary hearing in front of Labour's National Constitutional Committee last year.
Ken has resigned. But what will be of interest are the questions asked of Ken by panel member Russell Cartwright. He is still a member of the NCC, and could well preside over one of the 70-plus cases due to be heard. (Not all cases will reach the NCC of course).
On day 2 of the hearing, Ken gave his evidence-in-chief. He was then cross-examined by the NEC's barrister. Mr Cartwright then had the opportunity to ask questions.
I am going to put the exchange up in full.
CC-ing @IainDale... who, for the record, always gives Tories and Labour politicians an equally hard time.
Mr Cartwright then turns his attention to the impartiality of the Home Affairs Select Committee.
And it continues.
Russell Cartwright is then asked by the chair of Ken's hearing whether he is then asking questions or making statements.
Ken then rounds things off.
