#2 B-COMPLEX/MULTI VITAMIN. Buy a liposomal or other form that increases bio-availability. Take 1 capsule w/Breakfast and Lunch. If you have stomach upset, try sublingual (under tongue) EZ Melt B-Complex in AM & Multi w/iron for Dinner. amazon.com/Liposomal-Meth…
#3 OMEGA 3s. Fish Oil, Krill Oil, Algae Oil are all good sources of Omega 3. Be careful the EPA/DHA ratio. EPA helps with inflammation/DHA helps with cognition. You need both! Opt for a 1:1 or 2:1 ratio of DHA to EPA (2:1 ratio eg. 800 DHA/400EPA) amazon.com/3Care-Concentr…

@TravisZimpfer @MOLegDems @PeterforMO @TeamBosleyMO79 @RepSheenBean @Ingridburnett @Fogle4MO @MaggieforMO @KWindham85 @Manlove4M @SarahUnsicker @cmillburg The options for Parson’s incentive?
None sounded terribly inventive.
Just expand #Medicaid
— like Oklahoma made;
it’s universally preventive!
On taxpayers no irony’s lost to
hear -Mike- bellyache about cost.

“½” 🤔 the state has now had its 💉.
While Mike’s PPP “loan”
helped bring federal funds home, 👀
he now owns the 💵 free and clean.
Textbook cases of hypocrisy?
Mike’s subsidized aristocracy!

I hope you won’t find me uncouth if I ask where #Missouri will land under 57’s “steady hand.”

Off-patent drugs have been around for decades, carry established safety profiles, are easier & cheaper to mass produce. But @WHO @US_FDA disregard growing mountain of evidence that supports safe, proven generics in #COVID19 treatment, e.g. #ivermectin. bit.ly/2Ti8jgr 1/9
2/9 Instead, they impose arbitrary & impossibly high standards that are delaying and derailing approval for repurposed drugs bit.ly/3xNLOir. @PierreKory 20 months after this virus first surfaced in China, health authorities still can't recommend any treatment at all
3/9 for #COVID19 patients, let alone those suffering from Post-COVID or #longhaul syndrome (upwards of 25% patients have persistent symptoms in the aftermath of acute infection) bit.ly/3ktAUu7. Are we expected to suffer in silence and wait for companies to develop novel

Time for another thread about #longHaulCovid:

People also don't seem to grasp that even if it doesn't kill you it can wreck your life. I became sick in March with it and have been ill every day now for 267 days straight. I experience dizziness, weakness, extreme fatigue, nausea
diarrhea, pain, memory problems, rashes, heart palpitations, dvt episodes, and GERD. I can't smell or taste anything. My scans show damage to my lungs, liver, heart, brain, and gut consistent with #COVID damage. Two of my teeth broke after having the fever rigors. Cuomo did too.
I was never admitted to the hospital even when I was coughing up blood & collapsing because my oxygen levels were always relatively good, even though breathing now feels like sucking air through a straw. No one can say if it will ever go away or if this is it forever now.

If you're missing this great lecture on "After COVID: Complications of a New Infection and its Aftermath" by @WesElyMD @RanaAwdish @hopealuko and Brenda Pun, make sure you catch the video! #CHEST2020
@RanaAwdish: There was much fear early in the pandemic. Fear of using PPE, wanting the patient to be comforted and having only medications to comfort them. But this may have been harmful. #COVID19
@hopealuko: #COVID19 symptoms can linger for some patients. #CHEST2020

Update Day 120: Things are continuing to move in the right direction. My husband & I both had a relapse last weekend, but our progress is still evident. M. had one day of extreme fatigue and that was it. #Covid19 #CovidLonghaul #ApresJ120 #longhaul
I had a couple days of pleural pain, and even then it was relatively minor and only when walking or moving too much. I got a couple skin sores, but they have been tiny and did not get infected. And that was it; no full body aches, no hugely swollen glands. A bit more fatigue....
but still able to move every day and now up to an average of 5,000 steps a day. Kid 1 has had a blocked lymph node for 4 straight weeks and is a bit more sneezy than usual, but otherwise fine. Kid 2 has some days of real fatigue but mostly seems back to himself again.
