Over the past few hours, I've observed a number of you who are ahead delete tweets with revealing content - revealing to You more than anyone else.
Instead of being unsettled, you can learn to take advantage. And the techniques are remarkably simple.
You will know them by their imposing themselves on you, often repeatedly and despite resistance.
When you get insight, do not try to rationalize as cause-effect. Instead, use brain activation deliberately.
You do that by looking into awareness. Does it "feel" right? Does it engender a sense of energy and lightness and release - alone, without rationalization?
This is about "right-brain" activation.
Example: if you want to share an idea, what's the best venue/timing? The best format? NOT the why - the WHAT & the HOW.
This is about "left-brain" activation.
Ask someone to make the decision for you. It will bring in more focus. When a decision is imposed on you, your reaction to it could clarify - even if you ultimately decide to do the opposite.
Do a chore you hate doing. Make that trivial phone call you've been dreading. Hit the gym or go running. Fast. Whatever makes you uncomfortable in a different way. "Scapegoat."
Is the only thing stopping you (cost from step 2), someone's reaction to what you do or say?
