Domenick Deal Making 101🤑

For most of my Life, especially as a young man, I always wanted to make money

I started working at the age of 12 as a bus boy in an Italian restaraunt in Philadelphia. With what I earned, which was usually minimum wage, I usually spent on video games, as most young teens would
As time went on, and never seeing an increase in my pay, I always found myself questioning why I'm not making MORE money

Should i ask for more? is that weird? Will the owner be mad at me?
We've all been in this position & probably felt the same way, I get it!

I NEVER asked
This is the type of internal dialogue that Will KILL any type of action taking

Looking back on it now after knowing what i know now, I should've asked for more money

This is how we learn, and hopefully, if you'e in the same position as i was, YOU Will learn through this Thread
YOU Will Learn how to make more money through negotiating a better deal for yourself

Let's jump in!

There are 3 Methods to Domenick Deal Making 🤑

1) You're CRAZY Method
2) YES x3 Method
3) I have something that YOU want A.K.A "LEVERAGE" Method

1. You're CRAZY Method 💰

Imagine you'e hanging out with a friend. Suddenly, he asks if he can borrow $1,000 from you, what would you most likely say? Most likely you would say NO, because you're a busy person with responsibilites

You wont be able to lend him $1,000
Your friend politely nods, smiles & says "It's ok, i understand where your coming from." He concedes to you.

Now, instead of asking for $1K, he says "Instead of loaning me $1,000, would you be able to lend me JUST $100?" You say " Well, sure, I can do that, that wont hurt 😃"
Both parties get what they want, YOU saved $900 on a loan & your friend received a $100, Creating a WIN-WIN situation for both parties, which is the BEST type of deal you could make. Everyone is happy.

SHOOT HIGH, meet in the middle

That's Domenick Deal Making
Here's how:

1.Request a ridicuously unreasnable amount of money for a raise or loan
( if you make $10/Hr, but you want $14/hr, Ask for $20! )
2. When they say NO to HIGH amount, say OK, i understand, lets lower that & meet somewhere more reasonable in the middle
When you concede, It makes the person your requesting money from feel like they've won, especially if they're saving money by meeting in the middle

Plus, when they agree to meet in the middle ( your actual desired amount ), You win too. BOOM

Let's move onto #2
2. YES x3 💰

This method is a bit different, but still Will lead to the desired outcome you seek

Imagine you're hanging with a friend this afternoon. Your friend asks if he can borrow your Pen, you say "Yes, of course."

Then, Your friend the asks to use your phone
to make a phone call, since his phone is dead, and of course, you say "Yeah, for sure!"

after making the phone call, your friend thanks you & asks if he can borrow $20 from you to grab some food. You being the good friend YOU are, you say " Yeah bro, of course!"

What happened?
Your friend built of a chain of YES responses from you leading up to the question he really wanted to ask, so by the time he did ask his final question, your just following the YES pattern. BOOM

This is why Sales calls ask silly, easy questions in the beginning of a phone call
Here's HOW:

1. Begin by asking small questions that Will generate a easy YES response from the person you want something from
2.After get TWO YES responses, Pitch your third question enthusiastically, with a smile & Receive the 3rd YES

First requests must be small, Easy YES
3. I have something that YOU want a.k.a "LEVERAGE" Method

It's SIMPLE, YOU have something that the other person wants! This method could apply to EVERY aspect of your Life, Think about it.
In order for the other person to get what they want, they have to GIVE you something that YOU want, & Don't neccessarily NEED. This is Optimal position

This is Called having LEVERAGE, and its the greatest asset you could have in Deal Making! @ipb_media knows all About LEVERAGE
LEVERAGE in Deal Making gives you an UNFAIR advantage, thus putting you in the positon to WIN, easily!

That something else may be working for me for FREE, driving me around, Wriing my papers for this semester, etc. whatever it may be, YOU WIN

Having LEVERAGE in a relationship means that your partner needs YOU more than YOU need them. CC:@RationalMale
