A number of the accounts that reteweeted the Trump tweet in question appear to be (at least largely) automated. Let's look at a few . . .
Digging further, @MarcoGutierrez appears to be the first follower of not one but six of the automated accounts in question. Here are four.
The "service" used by these accounts (10power) is interesting. Unlike IFTTT etc, the publicly available description of the site consists solely of an invitation to join the site without explanation.
