Many rightfully note that when Trump called on Russia to get HRC's emails on July 27, 2016, they immediately complied.
He also said Russia would "be rewarded mightily by our press". Could be broad comment. Or could be reference to pre-existing arrangements with certain outlets.

We know the 2016 election was marked by bias and antipathy toward HRC, but outlets also cut deals with Trump team members.
