1. In August of 2016 I wrote a post on Facebook to explain why my feed had become so political and why this political focus was important. 2 years later the stakes are even higher and the division deeper. 
2. We have 108 days until midterms. I challenge everyone to reach out and have conversation with the people in your life. This isn't the time for political indifference, nor is it the time to remain in an echo-chamber. We can #breakthebubble, but only with effort and commitment.
3. Friends, family, co-workers, community peers - these are people we NEED to be talking to. Elections are won at the local level. And the conversations that can change minds are usually personal.
4. Arm yourself with facts...listen to their point of view and reasonably explain yours. Don’t expect to ‘win’ an argument, but know that these discussions do have an impact and help inform other voters.
