A past life can be as simple as the life you used to live before you awakened.
The friends that you had. The beliefs that you held, the smallness you turned into a home.
False red flags are also a symptom of past life trauma. You may sometimes experience situations that remind you of the past manipulative people in your life.
How do you do this?
Analyse how it made you feel.
Did it feel bad because their intent was malicious?
Is the incident isolated?
Or does the individual regularly/consistently make underhand remarks/gestures?
Not everybody is out to get you.
