THE TRUTH ABOUT DEPRESSION

A human who is depressed is like every other human

His depression is not the result of neurotransmitter imbalance

Neurotransmitter imbalance is the result of his "depression"
Medications, therapies, psychology and treatments undermine all efforts at cure

For they, first and foremost, cement within his mind that he is a "Depressive"

No treatment can overcome an Image
A "patient" is the worst thing that a human being can become

For then he becomes prey to the therapeutic establishment

The presence of a "patient" justifies and condones every form of nonsensical therapeutic and prescriptive modality
The lifeblood of one who is depressed is the comfort and familiarity that this label provides him

He does not need treatment

He does not need therapy

He does not need to be told that his depression is the result of a "biological chemical imbalance," and thus it is "real"
What a person who is depressed truly needs, first and foremost

Is to come to true and honest terms with whether he genuinely seeks to be free of his depression

Not by therapy or medication

Not by an intricate external intervention

But by his own level of Desire
If he does, then an honest exploration into the things which have Caused and Perpetuate his depression can be had

And a journey toward Cure can be genuinely pursued with him
Understand this: The presence of psychotherapies, treatments, diagnoses, labels, and prescriptions

Do not "help" the non-entity known as a "patient"

They Create It.

Namaste.
