Whoever rises to the top of a secret society is the closest to the first tongue. But if you made it that far believing secrets are power... you would make it your tongue. Your lie claims the pyramid. You would want the last secret to die with you. Your lie is the new keystone.
Knowing man's nature to hoard a secret, it seems self-evident to me that God's voice would only be one of pure silence. No one can hoard the secret of silence. The divinity of God is beheld and never bestowed. God is pure awareness, the very opposite of secret.
