Hundreds of millions of men of our own species--even men we have loved, fed, comforted, and cared for our entire adult lives--would rather have sex with a robot or a scared teenage human trafficking victim than a loving, intelligent, willing woman of an appropriate age. #misogyny
Of course they support #Trump, of course they think the #MeToo movement is too hard on #louisck, of course they despise women like #HillaryClinton or Christine Blasey #Ford. Young or old, left or right, they've been brainwashed by the patriarchy from birth to despise women.
What are women to them, really? We're the non-men, the negative to their image, the shadow to their light. When we're young, we're a destination for their sperm and a source of orgasms. When we're older we're their home cook, nurse, maid or mommy--or we're nothing at all.
How dare we value our own lives over their orgasms? How dare we feed ourselves when we should be feeding them? How dare we expect to work with them as equals, being paid an equal wage for equal work, moving upward in our careers as we gain knowledge, experience & wisdom?
Left or right, young or old, atheist or born-again, southern or northern, they are all wearing the same scales over their eyes, scales which prevent them from seeing us as we are. They see their own projections and not the "screen". Hence we are hot babes, mothers, or bitches.
All we have to do to instantly switch into the bitch category is speak the truth about being harmed by a man: he hit me, he underpaid me compared to my male co-workers, he tried to rape me, he flounced into my locker room & stripped, he spent our family's money on prostitution.
Of course they think so-called #TERFs and the #MeToo and #TimesUp and #WomenInSTEM and #WomensMarch movements are too much. ANYTHING that focuses attention on changing the patriarchy is too much. Anything that is FOR WOMEN is too much. Strong women having a pulse is too much.
For these reasons, women, we can never give up, never let them put our hearts on the ground, never go back to being chattel, never surrender our human rights. Never, ever again. For our daughters, granddaughters, and great-granddaughters, we must stand up and fight back.
Every time they rape one of us, every time they rent a trafficking victim for sex, every time they extol women-harming porn, every time they try to elect a rapist, woman-beater or pervert into office, every time they cheat us of a fair wage, we MUST stand up & fight back.
Hating women has been the ultimate xenophobia for thousands of years, worldwide. There isn't a single violent dictator, corrupt senator, or polluting CEO who doesn't hate women. Men of low character ALWAYS despise women. It's the hallmark of sociopaths & serial killers.
