Remember RD Heritage, the energy group that claimed that @carterwpage invested $350,000,000? They have updated their website to note that they have an existing relationship with the Qatar Investment Company, the group that bought part of Rosneft. 
Original story: medium.com/@ScottMStedman…. They cited Page's work for Trump, so the $350M claim came after Page left the campaign.
RD Heritage was incorporated in late 2013, so the capital commitment could've been anytime after that. Page testified that he had no income in 2016 and 2017. @carterwpage can you clear this up?
