As someone who has panic attacks here's a few basic things that can be done- try to stay calm
Don't try to clear your mind, instead try diverting your thoughts to less stressful things
Go to an open place- field, Roof, garden anything
Try pacing around in open spaces
Call a friend or family member and just talk to them
Look at aesthetic pictures or listen to music or anything that usually calms you down
If you're someone who gets easily anxious or panic or triggered over certain words or phrases mute them on social media. Don't get involved in any matter that may upset you. Your mental fitness is more important than curiousity
Don't bully anyone for anything. It might set them off. People get easily upset over people's opinions on them that they find online. Whenever passing comment too someone please think about how it can affect the person
Do not self diagnose yourself or anyone else with mental problems unless you're a certified therapist who's qualified. Thinking you might have depression or anxiety or ADHD just because some symptoms match up will cause more panic.go to a certified doctor
Depression and sadness are not the same thing. A person with depression does not necessarily cry all day long, starve or always stay moody. It's a condition where ye brain isn't producing enough dopamine and serotonin.the effects of depression aren't always physically manifested
If you are someone who has depression or anxiety or paranoia or just feel lonely, reach out to people. Don't feel like you'll be a burden. Asking for help or just socializing might help you
If anyone reaches out to you listen to them. Just five minutes of your day can help someone feel valid a s less lonely. Please try to show a little support if someone reaches out to you. Check on your friends and family and mutuals. Maybe once a week but this helps them
If someone doesn't want to project their thoughts on others there are apps and helplines for virtual help

But please reach out to people who you trust. Talk to a friend or a teacher, a family member, a colleague anyone. Once you feel ready

Self harm is never an answer. It might make you feel something at first but with time it fades, the scars aren't visible anymore and the pain isn't there. It will just lead to frustration.
Please whenever you feel like harming yourself- try to talk to someone or engage in an activity that will keep you occupied- going on walks, listening to music, Calling friends or relatives or even writing helps. Please stay safe and help others around you be safe

Being connected with an organization will also help you find a community with similar issues as yourself and help you feel included
If anyone ever feels the need to just talk or rant-my dms are open. I can't help you with any actual advice but I can try to keep you less lonely and just talk. Opening up to people and showing them that talking about these issues
Is important because people need to know they're not alone. There are so many others going Through tye same as them. It's ok. You can talk. And with time you can get over any hurdles your mental health provides. Your state does not define who you are
