Macam mana nak luaskan pasaran pelanggan kita? Kalau pelanggan tak datang ke gerai kita, kita gerak ke mana ada ramai pelanggan! Make yourself #mobile, use #foodtrucks.

Mobile tu mobile gak, tapi #marketing kena padu. Kenalah pandai guna social media seperti Instagram, FB.

Kasi viraaaaaaal lah! Jadi dalam usaha nak viral tu, kena ada 2 benda:
1. Makanan kena sedap
2. Photo kena lawa.

Sekarang kan zaman visual dan viral. Gunakan sebaik mungkin.
Another thing yang boleh buat ialah untuk join delivery website macam @foodpanda_my, @honestbeesg dan GrabFood.

Zaman sekarang, rojak mamak pun ada kat Foodpanda! Tak caya cuba cari Rojak Mustafa Seksyen 14, PJ! Sempoi weh, duduk rumah lepak pun boleh makan rojak mamak.
Satu lagi masalah gerai ialah cash only. Zaman sekarang ni, orang dah mula #cashless society. Kalau orang tu teringin nak beli barang tapi takde cash, tak best ah kan?

Sekarang kan dah apa macam-macam mobile wallet. Dengan QR code dan smartphone dapat payment instant! Maju, bro.
Satu lagi kelebihan mobile wallets ni, sebagai peniaga tepi jalan, kita kuranglah risiko kena rompak. Kes kurang jujur, duit tercicir, kehilangan wang dan sama waktu dengannya? Bye-bye!

Semua transaksi kita atas talian, it all goes straight to our bank accounts! Whewwww.
Kalau lagi padu, dulu pernah viral kedai nasi kerabu terima #bitcoin payment weh! We're in 2018, the owner (umur dia 65!!!) is in 3018!🤣🤣🤣

Boleh juga consider tapi admin tak galakkan lah kalau tak pandai lagi bab-bab #cryptocurrency.

Selain jualan dan #marketing, boleh jugak gunakan #tech untuk benda benda pengurusan perniagaan macam #bookkeeping dan POS (point of sale).

Boleh pakai apps macam Quick Books untuk manage account perniagaan. Kalau POS pulak, try lah apps macam ShopKeep. Gerai jadi tiptop!
Last sekali, jangan lupa cara kita communicate dengan pelanggan tu penting.

Boleh gunakan app paling famous sekali: Whatsapp!

Dengan Whatsapp, boleh set-up delivery secara informal dan juga terima feedback dari pelanggan.
Dalam era ke-21 ni, gerai tidak lapuk dek zaman, tak lekang dek panas. Apatah lagi di Malaysia, gerai tepi jalan tu menimbulkan satu feeling teruja tu. Tambah lagi time bawak kereta pastu nampak gerai. Fuhhh.

Tiada alasan untuk peniaga tak memajukan diri kan? Apa pendapat anda?

As #food is a necessity, it is natural that #entrepreneurs are lured into venturing in the F&B business. What more with #IR40, we often think of taking business one step ahead: by involving tech!
Now let's break this down into two types of niche within #fooddelivery and #fnb industry.

1. You own the restaurant and you are providing an additional delivery #service.

2. You don't own any restaurant and you are merely the delivery service.

The two are very different!
To help put points into perspective:

#1 is a classic example of pizza stores such as @DominosMY. Any #eatery can set up its own delivery system.

#2 is a rather new invention. Such examples would be @foodpanda_my and @GrabMY's GrabFood service!
