1. This is the most important election in modern US history. America’s character & trajectory will be decided today. Will we reject Trump’s bigotry or encourage it? Will we stop his authoritarian demagoguery or fuel it? Democracy & decency are on the ballot. We need you to vote.
2. Today is a referendum on Trumpism. In 2016, many people thought they’d roll the dice with someone who promised to “shake things up.” But now there are no excuses. We know who he is and what he represents. Now we either accelerate Trumpism or stop its forward progress.
3. Democracy is threatened—from a wannabe despot in the White House. Attacking the press with Stalinist rhetoric. Scapegoating minorities. Nepotism. Corruption. Politicizing rule of law. Calling to jail political opponents. Pardons for political allies. An assault on truth itself

5. So here are just a few reminders of what you should vote against today—using your voice not as Democrats or Republicans but as Americans to reject the indecency, the rhetoric that incites violence, the shameless bigotry, the lies, and the destruction of America’s image abroad.
6. Trump has: praised those who march with neo-Nazis & the KKK; amplified anti-Semitic conspiracy theories even after a gunman massacred Jews (& then “joked” he was the victim because he had a bad hair day); sided with Putin over US intelligence after Putin attacked US democracy.
7. Forcibly separated toddlers from their parents, making them appear in court for their own deportation hearings; threatened to revoke press licenses from networks that criticized him; said he is “in love” with a ruthless totalitarian dictator who murders people for amusement...
8. Tried to ban an entire religion from entering America; explicitly praised a Congressman who violently assaulted a reporter; called Puerto Ricans lazy & tweeted about the NFL as 3,000 Americans died due to his negligence; lied or made false statements more than 6,000 times...
9. Praised Saudi Arabia for buying US weapons after the kingdom beheaded and dismembered a Washington Post journalist (praise that probably was partly due to his longstanding business ties and conflicts of interest with the Saudi royal family) washingtonpost.com/news/democracy…
10. He stood by Roy Moore; attacked NATO while praising authoritarian adversaries; called Stormy Daniels horseface; mocked Mika Brzezinski’s appearance; fired Comey *because* he was investigating Trump; dictated a false statement about the Russian collusion meeting at Trump Tower
11. Was credibly accused of orchestrating a criminal conspiracy by his lawyer; stands credibly accused of massive tax fraud; bragged about sexual assault; thanked Putin for expelling US diplomats from Russia; attacked London’s mayor during a terror attack; retweeted neo-fascists;
12. Tried to organize a cyber security unit with Putin; tried to gut protections for people with pre-existing conditions (& then lied about it); blamed CNN after a MAGA extremist sent CNN pipe bombs; pledged to pay legal bills for anyone who “beat the crap out of” protesters...
13. His campaign chairman, lawyer, national security adviser, deputy campaign chairman& foreign policy adviser are all convicted felons. His campaign chairman pleaded guilty to “conspiracy against the United States.” His national security adviser was an unregistered foreign agent
14. There are too many racist examples to list, but his constant attacks on people who are not white and his longstanding misogyny demean the office he holds and demean America in the eyes of the world.
