They claim this Florida policy decreases confidence and first time voters. According to the lawsuit the Vote by Mail number is almost identical to 2016 elections, shocker. In 2016 27,700 votes were rejected. (They fail to mention which party) #STOPtheSTEAL

This is rich. According to them (after saying it’s always Democrat’s) signatures can be affected by all kinds of things including alcohol, drugs, pen type, distress, anger, fear, happiness, depression and nerves🤦‍♀️ #StopTheSteal #FLRECOUNT2018

They want every vote to be counted regardless of signature and in the meantime they want to stop the Nov. 10th deadline until they are heard in court. Basically they want to refuse any verification at all. @marcorubio #StopTheSteal

Stunningly Perkins Coie used exact opposite argument in Montana to protect Tester. They managed to CHALLENGE every signature to keep the @MTGreenParty OFF the ballot and won. The hypocrisy is astounding. @ScottforFlorida #STOPtheSTEAL

There was or is (?) a lawsuit filed in Tennessee as well, unclear on the outcome at this point but certainly something to keep eyes on if they’re attempting recounts there. Were there surprise results in that midterm?

What’s even more amazing about Perkins Coie (knowing they represent @TheDemocrats @DNC et al.,) is that they’re currently embroiled in the #Backpage lawsuit for money laundering. That’s profits from child trafficking, sexual abuse and prostitution. #MeToo #StopTheSteal
